After 30 years as a teacher, trainer, and corporate process facilitator, I got my Masters in Counseling Psychology and became a Marriage and Family Therapist. I like to say that it's what I always wanted to be when I grew up.
I work with individuals and families of all kinds on increasing ease in their lives and their family systems.
I work with families dealing with addiction, building alliances with clients and clinical teams to support personal growth, reduction of suffering, awareness, and health of the family system and its individual members.
I work with adults, adult children and families, children, and adolescents, providing evidence-based clinical interventions.
I facilitate groups, individual, and relational therapy. I design, develop, and deliver workshops for all ages as well as social and emotional learning classes for adolescents. And I am a member of the clinical trauma team, ensuring trauma-informed service delivery.
I have a deep commitment to supporting individuals in developing a deep self-compassion which is the underpinning of sustained growth and mental health.
